Pattern Recognition
Audit what was lost, the patterns you brought in, and the stories and numbing that keep them running.
You leave with Pattern Audit and Relationship Audit
A private eight-week group for divorced men who are done drifting. Know your next move, keep your word to yourself, and build the man who comes next.
Leave with a written 12-month blueprint, personal operating code, weekly execution plan, and four other men making sure you follow through.
Founding cohort applications open
Leave with a clear direction for your work, health, relationships, fatherhood, and weekly life, then a structure for acting on it.
What that looks like: you know what this week is for. Your evenings stop disappearing. A bad week gets a plan instead of a spiral. And every commitment you keep is proof you can trust yourself again.
By the final call, your patterns will be named, your operating code written, your 12-month blueprint completed, and your weekly behaviors practiced.
The book gives you the map. The cohort makes you use it.
Four stages, two weeks each. Every stage ends in a document you keep, so you never have to guess what to work on next.

Audit what was lost, the patterns you brought in, and the stories and numbing that keep them running.
You leave with Pattern Audit and Relationship Audit

Define ownership, standards, values, boundaries, and consistency.
You leave with Personal Operating Code

Define the man and life you are building twelve months from now.
You leave with 12-Month Future Blueprint

Convert the blueprint into weekly behaviors and create a plan for setbacks.
You leave with Weekly Execution Plan and Setback Protocol
Based on the framework in Benjamin Kingston’s book, BUILT: A Map for Men After Marriage.
The book is the map. The cohort is the room where you use it.
Vague answers get questioned. Decisions get named.
Every call ends with an assignment. The next call starts with what you did.
Four other men who’ve been where you are. No explaining, no performing. You’ll see your own pattern faster in someone else.
Every stage ends in a document you keep.
Every man speaks on every call. In ninety minutes, five men each have time to report what they did, get questioned on it, and leave with their next assignment. Add more and someone starts hiding in the back. That is why the cohort is capped at five, and why it may begin with fewer.
| Compare | The book $19.99 | The cohort $1,500 |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Self-guided map | The implementation room |
| Pace | Yours | Weekly for eight weeks |
| Who’s in it | You | You, up to four other men, and Ben |
| Accountability | None | Weekly assignments checked on the next call |
| What you leave with | Self-guided answers to sixteen Markers | Six completed implementation documents, practiced weekly with accountability |
The live calls are where the implementation happens. The materials and documents make the work visible, usable, and repeatable.
No surprise bonuses, hidden fees, or required upsells. The cohort is one complete implementation package.

You are not paying for access to information. You are paying for a small room where decisions become commitments, commitments become behavior, and behavior becomes evidence of the man you are becoming.
or two payments of $800
The payment plan costs $100 more in total.
The founding cohort is the first time this framework is being delivered live. I’m keeping it to five men so I can watch where the process breaks, improve it, and give every participant direct attention. The cohort may begin with fewer than five. Applications close when five men are accepted.
Apply to see if it’s a fitNo. BUILT is educational coaching. It is not therapy, legal or custody advice, crisis intervention, addiction treatment, or reconciliation counseling. It can sit alongside therapy. It doesn’t replace it.
No. The digital edition of BUILT: A Map for Men After Marriage is sent before your kickoff call and used throughout the cohort.
One 90-minute group call, a weekly assignment that is set at the end of one call and checked at the start of the next, and limited written check-ins with Ben between calls.
Ben reads every application personally. If BUILT looks like a fit, the next step is a short fit conversation where you can ask questions. You only enroll if you both agree. Nothing is charged to apply.
The cohort may begin with fewer than five. Five is the maximum, so every man has room to speak on every call.
Cohort conversations are private to the group but are not legally privileged or clinically confidential. Share only what you are comfortable having other participants hear.
You may cancel within 72 hours of enrollment, provided the cohort has not begun, for a full refund. Once the cohort begins, payments are non-refundable.

$1,500 paid in full, or two payments of $800
You may cancel within 72 hours of enrollment, provided the cohort has not begun, for a full refund. Once the cohort begins, payments are non-refundable because the group is capped at five and delivery resources are reserved. No specific emotional, legal, financial, or relationship outcome is guaranteed.
What is promised is the scheduled delivery: eight weekly group calls, one private kickoff call, the stated materials, weekly assignments, and limited written accountability.
BUILT does not promise reconciliation, a new relationship, a custody or legal outcome, or a feeling. It promises the scheduled structure, a small implementation room, and six completed documents if you do the work.
Please review this policy before enrolling.
